Don't go here unless you want breakage

I've gone to this salon for the last 2 years and have always been pretty satisfied to keep going back, plus I work down the street, so that was a major plus. The last time I got my hair colored, I received bad breakage. I contacted the owner and she did nothing about it. The salon itself is very ghetto looking, so don't think your going into a 5-star salon. The owner is snotty and I didn't care for her. The girl I went to was very nice and did offer a deep conditioning treatment after hearing about my breakage, but I was extremely upset a refund wasn't offered by the owner. Sorry, I'll never go there again.
